Lyrics

There's a party upstairs
you can go if you want to
where everybody knows what to do
what not to say
just how to move to make you stay
and if you do it too
you can fade away and
disappear on a giant wave
and every person on the street
is someone that you want to meet
I'm never going home again
there's nothing there for me
it's what they want you to do
it's what they want you to do
and I can tell that you really want to do it too
so go on your way
it's what they want you to do
it's what they want you to do
and I can tell that you really want to do it too
but don't lose your way
There's a party upstairs
you can go if you want to
where everybody's just like you
with a different name
and they talk and laugh and dress the same
and if you do it too
you can fade away and
lose your mind
never have to pay
and every person that you see
is someone that you want to be
I'm never going home again
don't come and look for me
it's what they want you to do
it's what they want you to do
and I can tell that you really want to do it too
so go on your way
it's what they want you to do
it's what they want you to do
I know that you really want to do it too
but don't lose your way
You can dance right through the danger
with a pack of wild strangers
doesn't even matter where you are
It's what they want you to do
It's what they want you to do
and I can tell that you really want to do it too
so go on your way
it's what they want you to do
it's what they want you to do
I know that you really want to do it too
but don't lose your way
but don't lose your way
