"Anyone Who Had a Heart" is a cover of a Burt Bacharach and Hal David song with vocals recorded and performed by Regina Spektor.

In a post on her original forums made on 2002-03-09 Regina identified that a collection of five songs (including four cover songs) were recorded for the film Winning Girls Through Psychic Mind Control, first released on 2002-06-09. The exact songs were unknown for many years as the movie was never officially released outside of a short festival run. In 2022, a copy of the screener for the movie emerged, from which "Anyone Who Had a Heart (Instrumental)" was found. Regina has since confirmed that this instrumental version does not feature her in anyway, instead likely being recorded by the film's musical director. However, she did confirm that she recorded vocals for the song, presumably to be layered over the instrumental version, which was cut from the film and never released.

The instrumental of "Anyone Who Had a Heart" plays during the firm and only features a snippet from the song. Regina noted that she never received a copy of the full version of her recording, and so only this snippet is available.
